1. Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for “change of mind,” accidental orders, or incorrect sizing. Returns are only eligible if the item arrives damaged or defective.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery to be eligible for a return or refund.
- Required Proof: Please email info@longthrowcoach.com with your order number and clear photographs of the damage, including the exterior packaging.
- Condition: The item must be in the same condition that you received it and must remain in its original packaging.
3. Return Shipping Responsibility
Please note that the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original cost of shipping will be deducted from your total.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
4. Refund Processing Time
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original payment method. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the funds to appear on your statement.
