Shipping & Postage Information

At Long Throw Coach, we ensure your training gear is delivered securely and professionally. Here is everything you need to know about our shipping process for the Tap Adapter:


1. Shipping Carriers

We use the following services to deliver your orders:

  • United Kingdom: Shipped via Evri Tracked (includes tracking).
  • International: Shipped via Royal Mail. Please note that while many international destinations include tracking, some regions are shipped via standard international postage and may not include a tracking number.

2. Delivery Times

We aim for rapid dispatch on all orders. Estimated delivery windows are as follows:

  • United Kingdom: 2–4 business days.
  • Europe: 5–10 business days.
  • Rest of the World: 7–14 business days.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates. Local customs processing or postal delays may occasionally occur.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery location. The shipping method (Tracked vs. Standard) will be determined by your destination’s available services.

4. International Customs & Duties

For orders shipped outside of the UK, please be aware that your parcel may be subject to local VAT, customs duties, or import taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are determined by your local customs office.

5. Tracking Your Order

If your shipping method includes tracking, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link once your order is dispatched. For untracked international orders, you will receive a confirmation email once the item has been handed over to Royal Mail.

6. Damaged Shipments & Support

We take great care in our packaging. However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@longthrowcoach.com so we can assist you in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.
