Free Trial Session – Terms and Conditions

  1. Eligibility: The free trial session is available exclusively to players aged 11 to 15 years.
  2. Parent / Guardian Attendance: All participants must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian, who must remain present for the full duration of the session.
  3. Booking and Availability: All free trial sessions are subject to availability and must be booked in advance through the official booking system. A booking is only confirmed once approval has been received.
  4. Session Capacity: Team trial sessions are limited to a maximum of 4 players per booking, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  5. Travel and Attendance: Participants and their parent or guardian are responsible for arranging transport to and from the training venue.
  6. Photography and Video Recording Consent: By attending the session, the participant and their parent or legal guardian consent to photography and video recording during the session. Any footage or images captured may be used by The Long Throw Coach for promotional and marketing purposes, including social media, website content, digital advertising, printed materials, and coaching content.
  7. Changes, Rescheduling, or Cancellation: The Long Throw Coach reserves the right to amend, reschedule, postpone, or cancel any free trial session where necessary.
  8. Use of Personal Information: Any personal information provided will be used solely for the purpose of administering, organising, and delivering the coaching session in accordance with applicable data protection legislation.
  9. Conduct and Safety: All participants must follow all coaching instructions and safety procedures throughout the session.
  10. Liability: Participation is undertaken at the participant’s own risk. The parent or legal guardian accepts responsibility for the participant’s attendance and participation. The Long Throw Coach shall not be liable for injury, loss, damage, or accident except where liability cannot be excluded by law.
  11. Acceptance of Terms: By booking and attending the free trial session, both the participant and their parent or legal guardian confirm that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions in full.
