I couldn’t throw the ball into the 6-yard box before, but now I’m consistently reaching just inside the edge of it. The training has definitely helped a lot. With the right technique and the use of the heavy ball, I’ve seen significant improvements. My shoulders are sore after each session, but it’s a good kind of soreness, like a pump you get from a solid workout. The footage we’ve been taking really shows the progress I’ve made.
