At Long Throw Coach, we ensure your specialist training gear is delivered securely and professionally. Here is everything you need to know about our shipping process:
1. Shipping Carrier
We use Royal Mail for our domestic and international shipments. Every order includes a tracking number so you can monitor your parcel’s journey from our pitch to yours.
2. Specialist 2.5kg Heavy Ball (UK & EU Only)
Due to the specialist weight of the 2.5kg Heavy Ball, shipping for this specific product is restricted to:
- United Kingdom
- European Union
International customers outside these zones can still purchase The Tap Adapter, which is available for worldwide shipping.
3. Delivery Times
- United Kingdom: 2–4 business days (Royal Mail Tracked)
- Europe: 5–10 business days (Royal Mail International Tracked)
- Rest of the World (Tap Adapter Only): 7–14 business days
Please note: Delivery times are estimates. While we aim for rapid dispatch, local customs processing or postal delays may occur.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout. Because the Heavy Ball is a 2.5kg Medium Parcel, it requires a specialist tracked service to ensure it arrives safely.
5. International Customs & Duties
For orders shipped to the EU and the Rest of the World, please be aware that your parcel may be subject to local VAT, customs duties, or import taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
6. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your Royal Mail tracking number and a link to follow your delivery.
